TikTok as a platform for employment of young generations

TikTok is testing a recruitment platform. Beta users of the application and large global companies have the opportunity to try the new option. The basic idea is to attract young people, more precisely members of Generation Z, who are also the primary users of applications that have conquered the world, states Akios.

The concept is designed so that users will be able to open job lists in the application and then be redirected to a page where companies post open positions. Instead of the traditional written biography, users will use a TikTok video summary to apply.

If this sounds too revolutionary, set yourself up for the young artist and producer Julian Bass, thanks to TikTok and with the support of Twitter, he shared his videos and showed creativity. As one of his videos went viral, they contacted a number of companies, including Disney itself.
